Behavioral healthcare
Clinical perspective, operational leadership, staff realities, public funding, accountability, and the complexity of systems serving real people.
About Joyce
I'm a therapist, behavioral healthcare leader, trainer, and self-taught AI builder. My work sits where people, complex systems, and practical technology decisions meet.

The through line
I've spent more than two decades working as a therapist and behavioral healthcare leader. That has included direct care, training, complex programs, operational leadership, and managing large state-funded behavioral healthcare contracts.
That work teaches you to look past whether an idea sounds good. You have to ask what information people will have, where the process is likely to break, what still needs review, and whether the system works under the constraints people actually have.
I learned AI outside a traditional tech path, usually in small pockets of time around full-time work, building a business, and raising four boys. I build with the tools myself. I test what they can do, where they make things harder, and what becomes more useful once the tool has the right context.
What I bring into the work
Behavioral healthcare
Clinical perspective, operational leadership, staff realities, public funding, accountability, and the complexity of systems serving real people.
Training and translation
Turning complex ideas into a process people can understand, try, review, and apply in their own work.
Building with AI
Creating context systems, workflows, tools, training, and products while keeping a person responsible for the final decision.
Why Wild Growth Co. now
Wild Growth Co. began with work around behavior, regulation, and making change possible in real life. I'm carrying that understanding forward as I focus more directly on behavioral healthcare, AI, professional training, and the systems experts can build from what they already know.
Cycle Breaker Society remains available to its current members. The public work moving forward will focus on speaking, consulting, professional resources, and The Self-Taught AI Lab.
