1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Wild Growth Co. ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use our services.

These Terms apply to all properties operated under our umbrella brand, including:

The legal entity behind all of these is Collective Healing & Wild Growth Co., operating out of Ohio, United States.

2. Products & Services

Digital Products

  • All products are delivered digitally via email

  • Products include templates, guides, worksheets, courses, and educational materials

  • Access granted immediately upon payment confirmation

White Label Rights (Where Applicable)

When white label rights are included with your purchase:

  • You may rebrand and resell to your own clients

  • You may NOT resell the white label rights themselves

  • You may NOT claim original authorship

  • Attribution to Wild Growth Co. must be removed from client-facing materials

Memberships

We currently operate two membership communities, both hosted on Skool:

The following terms apply to both:

  • Billed monthly or annually as selected at signup

  • To cancel: Go directly to your Skool membership settings within the relevant community and click "Cancel Membership"

  • Cancellations are immediate with access through end of current billing period

  • No partial refunds for unused time

  • Founding member rates are locked for life unless membership lapses

  • Alternative cancellation: If you have issues canceling in Skool, email hello@wildgrowthco.com with "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP" and the community name in the subject line

Consulting and Speaking Services

Custom consulting engagements, speaking arrangements, and other professional services are governed by separate written agreements between Wild Growth Co. and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement, with the separate agreement taking precedence in the event of a conflict.

3. Intellectual Property

What You CAN Do:

  • Use purchased materials for your personal business

  • Customize templates for your use

  • Resell white-label products to end users (where rights are granted)

  • Print materials for personal use

What You CANNOT Do:

  • Share login credentials or materials with non-purchasers

  • Resell materials without white label rights

  • Claim ownership of original designs or content

  • Use our materials to create competing template products

  • Distribute materials in template marketplaces

4. Payment Terms

Pricing

  • All prices in USD unless otherwise stated

  • Prices subject to change for new purchases

  • Existing subscriptions maintain their current rate

Billing

  • Payment processed through Stripe (and Skool's payment processor for memberships)

  • Recurring subscriptions auto-renew

  • You're responsible for keeping payment information current

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • NO REFUNDS on digital products or templates

  • NO REFUNDS on membership fees

  • Contact hello@wildgrowthco.com for access issues

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Maintain account security

  • Not violate any laws using our materials

  • Not use materials for illegal or harmful purposes

  • Respect intellectual property rights

  • Conduct yourself respectfully in community spaces (applies to both Skool communities)

6. Disclaimers

Results Disclaimer

  • Individual results vary

  • We don't guarantee specific outcomes or income

  • Success depends on your implementation and market factors

Not Professional Advice

Our materials are educational only and are NOT:

  • Legal, financial, or tax advice

  • Medical or mental health treatment

  • Guaranteed business strategies

This applies to all our properties, including content related to nervous system regulation, behavioral health, AI implementation, and business strategy.

"As Is" Basis

  • Products provided without warranties

  • We don't guarantee uninterrupted access

  • Technology issues may occur beyond our control

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Growth Co. and Collective Healing & Wild Growth Co. shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Damages exceeding amount paid for product

8. Cancellation Rights

Easy Cancellation Promise

In compliance with consumer protection laws:

  • Cancel anytime with 2 clicks in your Skool account

  • No questions asked

  • No retention attempts required

  • Immediate cancellation confirmation

  • Access continues until end of billing period

How to Cancel:

  1. Primary Method: Log into the relevant Skool community, go to Settings, click Cancel Membership

  2. Backup Method: Email hello@wildgrowthco.com with "CANCEL" and the community name in the subject

We'll confirm cancellation within 24 hours.

Cancellation Issues:

If you cannot cancel through Skool:

  • Email us immediately

  • We'll process cancellation within 24 hours

  • Refund any charges after cancellation request if a system error occurred

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without notice, for:

  • Terms violation

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Sharing or redistributing materials inappropriately

  • Abusive behavior in community spaces

10. International Use

For International Customers:

  • You're responsible for local tax compliance

  • Products are subject to U.S. export laws

  • Currency conversion fees may apply

  • We're not responsible for customs or import duties

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ohio law (United States).

Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation

  2. Mediation if needed

  3. Ohio courts if necessary

12. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at wildgrowthco.com/privacy

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
